New England Home Care was founded in 1984 to help patients newly discharged from the hospital understand, manage and follow their post-discharge regimens. We realized that the only way to do this successfully was to work with them and their families in their own homes. But right from the beginning, we knew we wanted to do more: our goal became to dedicate ourselves to the eventual recovery of every person we served.
